1. General Terms
Welcome to Maa Laxmi Boating. By using our services and booking through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp to your registered phone number.
- Bookings are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered guest(s).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking amount.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method.
4. Boating Services
- All passengers must wear life jackets during boat rides. Life jackets are provided free of charge.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Boat rides may be cancelled due to bad weather conditions. Full refund will be provided in such cases.
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on boats.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. Accommodation
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.
- Valid government ID proof is mandatory at the time of check-in.
6. Travel Packages
- Travel itineraries may be modified due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Temple darshan timings are subject to change as per temple management.
- Meals, unless specifically mentioned, are not included in the package.
7. Liability
Maa Laxmi Boating shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
